Making A Purchase

Epic Collectors is a community of made up of stores run by gamers, collectors, and even some small businesses. Everything you buy on this site will come from one or more of these stores. Consequently, purchases from different stores will be processed as separate orders.

All purchases on Epic Collectors are processed through Paypal to protect customers and store owner's. If you don't have a Paypal account already, you can pay with a credit card as a guest user. In addition to the security offered by Paypal, we encourage users to leave feedback about every transaction they make. Everyone's reputation is clearly visible and it's best to make purchases from Stores with higher feedback scores. Because feedback is so important to the integrity of our site, you must create an Epic Collectors account to make a purchase.

If you have any disputes concerning your order, they can be resolved directly through Paypal. Unfortunately, Epic Collector's does not involve itself with such issues directly

Processing A Sale

Orders are extremely easy to manage on Epic Collectors. When a customer makes a purchase from your store, the inventory is automatically adjusted and a notification appears next to the Orders link at the top of every page. Clicking on that link will take you to the order summary page where you can see the details of the order and shipping information. All you have to do is ship the order, and enter the date so your customer will know that his or her purchase is on its way.

Once you have received feedback from your customer, leave your own feedback on the transaction. It is never wise to give feedback before the transaction is complete because the desire for positive feedback helps remind the buyer to leave feedback for you and because there is no way to dispute unfair feedback other than with your own response. Quickly completing orders is one of the best ways to maintain a good reputation.
